C&I Division of CSCEC Middle East received the Letter of Acceptance from Dubai Road &Transport Authority to be the Main Contractor for Dubai Parks Access from Sheikh Zayed road project. The total contract value is AED 244,500,074.94, which is equivalent to US Dollars 67 Million，and contract duration is 14 months.
The project is located at Dubai Parks and Resorts in Dubai, consisting mainly the construction of two direction ramps to provide proper access and egress to Dubai Parks from the adjacent road network and land users and grade intersections located on the link between E311 & E11 and other signal on the frontage road.
The project also includes the construction of roadway signages and pavement marking, street lighting, landscaping, irrigation ducts, storm drainage, diversion and protection of services systems
The successful award of this project is a strong proof of the company’s good reputation as well as capacity to win trust from the Client, and it marks the Company’s solid foundation in the infrastructure market in the UAE.
