CSCEC ME successfully handed over Arenco Hotel H03 Project and obtained the Taking Over Certificate from the Engineer in July, 2022.
The project is located at the Palm Jumeirah Dubai, designed as a 5-star Hotel & Resort managed by the famous hotel management operator-Marriott. It is adjacent to the 5-star Hilton Hotel & Resort delivered by CSCEC ME in the early stage. The built-up area of the two hotels is the same, with approximately 70,000 sqm built-up area consisting of 608 Guest Rooms. Internal amenities include a Banquet Hall and Pre-Function Area, Executive Lounge, Entertainment Area and Restaurants Service. Along with the Hilton Hotel & Resort, it will become another landmark hotel building on the Palm Jumeirah Dubai.
During the construction, the project team actively utilized innovative technical methods such as BIM modeling and Process Tracking Technology to solve many problems.
The project is the third Hotel project with Arenco as the Client after the completion of the Crescent C39 Hotel and Arenco Hotel H02 project.
