On July 10, 2024, China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. (CSCEC) and El Seif Engineering Contracting Co. (ESEC) JV held a grand signing ceremony for KSA Diriyah The Northern Mixed-use Project with the Client Diriyah Company in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
The KSA Diriyah The Northern Mixed-use Project is located in the Diriyah area in the western part of Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. This significant project is part of Saudi Arabia’s “Vision 2030,” aimed at advancing Riyadh’s education, culture, and tourism sectors. The project includes iconic cultural buildings such as the Capella Hotel, a university, a museum, a library, a square, etc., with a contract value of approximately $2.08 billion.
