CSCEC ME Awarded Oceano by the Luxe Developers at Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah

Recently, CSCEC ME officially signed an agreement with The Luxe Developers FZ- LLC for the Oceano by the Luxe Developers at Al Marjan Island Project.
The Oceano by the Luxe Developers at Al Marjan Island Project is located on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, which is set to become a one-of-a-kind luxury entertainment and resort hub in the future. The project consists of two 18-story high-rise luxury residential buildings with one basement level, comprising a total of 213 upscale apartments offering luxurious amenities such as infinity swimming pools, gym, spa etc.
The scope of work mainly includes structure, architecture, MEP, façade, structural steel, landscape etc. The project features a range of distinctive design attributes, such as free-flowing glass facades, two floating steel bridges connecting two towers and an infinity pool on the top of the bridge.
