CSCEC Middle East (L.L.C) Awarded the MEP Sub-contract Works of Dubai Airport Concourse 4 Project

2013, CSCEC Middle East (L.L.C) and BK Gulf have signed the Joint Venture Agreement for the MEP Sub-contract Works of Dubai Airport Concourse 4 project. The Client is Dubai Airport Aviation Corporation, and the main contractor is ALEC (Al Jaber LEGT Engineering & Contracting). The construction area of Concourse 4 is 149,000 square meters, with a height of 28 meters. The project also includes 17 aircraft stands. The overall project duration is 28 months and the duration of MEP installation is 18 months.

The scope of the MEP contract includes the water supply and drainage system, fire fighting system, HVAC system, HV, LV, ELV systems, etc.

The project will be challenging due to the high grade specifications, advanced construction technology and the difficulties involved in coordinating the works.

The project will be operated with full integration between CSCEC and BK Gulf. This is the first time that the MEP Division has undertaken a large-scale and high-end public project in the Middle East region. This is a major achievement for CSCEC Middle East (L.L.C) following the reformed business strategy and another significant breakthrough for MEP Division to undertake an external project independently.
