Emirates Road Project undertaken by Civil & Infrastructure Division of CSCEC ME won the award of 2015 Luban Prize on November 9th, 2015. It is the third time that CSCEC Middle East (L.L.C) was granted Luban Prize followed by Skycourts Project and Sheikh Khalifa Specialist Hospital Project. Besides, it is also the first infrastructure project of CSCEC ME won this prestigious award.
Mr. Yu Tao, President & CEO of CSCEC Middle East (L.L.C.), expressed his congratulations to the project team who received the prize, and hoped that the team would keep working hard to achieve more fulfillment. In addition, Mr. Yu Tao encouraged corporate project management team to set them as model, and to create more advanced, approachable, efficient, and influential achievement, giving their intelligence and strength to enhance the Company’s capability in project management and application, furthering corporate project management to be more regularized, standardized and scientific.
Luban Prize, initiated in 1987, is the top prize for quality in China’s construction projects, representing the advanced level of quality for the domestic construction works. The appraisal of the prize is conducted by China Construction Industry Association under the guidance of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
