China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Middle East) L.L.C (CSCECME) awarded the contract for CONSTRUCTION of BID PARK 3B – Central Utility Plant 3 of Sabah Al -Salem University City -Kuwait University Project with contract value of KD 36.9 Million (equivalent to US $ 121 Million ) by Kuwait Central Tenders Committee on 25th Oct 2016.
The CUP3 project is consisting of Central Utility Plant 3, Workshop, Storage and Staff Facility Buildings, the CUP3 will be integrated with CUP 1 and CUP 2 to complete the utility requirements for Sabah Al-Salem University City.
Sabah Al-Salem University City of Kuwait University, Designed as one of the largest campuses on earth, will become a world class educational facilities equipped with most advanced learning resources. It is worth to be mentioned that CUP3 is the third project awarded to CSCEC from the same Client after been awarded the ACSF and ADFA projects and it is also the first infrastructure utility project contains sewage effluent treatment plant awarded to CSCEC in Kuwait Market.
As another break point of Middle East Regional Operation and compartmentalization, the success of CUP3 proves again the right direction of company’s marketing strategy of “Large Client, Big Market, and Great Project”.
